CosMc’s Location
The first CosMc’s location, opening in December, is near Chicago in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and is part of an initial test. CosMc’s is set to open in limited places in early 2024. CosMcs, pronounced Cosmic, emerges with hands and a head dressed in a silver suit, declaring that he “popped in from outer space on a trade mission.”
Following a sequence of potentially unwanted exchanges with the other characters to obtain a cheeseburger and some fries, Ronald calls CosMc’s back, carrying a massive magnet, before joining the others for a picnic.
CosMc is an orange character with round eyes and two antennae on his head. He wears a chrome space suit with several arms protruding from each side, giving him an alien-like appearance. His space suit allows him to fly.
McDonald’s has yet to confirm whether the mascot will return to restaurants as part of the concept launch.
